- Attach an electronic signature to a Signature Page application submitted by selecting "Attach an Application e-signature."
Payment Schedule
- 2012 (and prior years) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on May 10th, 2013 will be distributed May16th, 2013.
- 2012 (and prior years) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on June 14th, 2013 will be distributed June 20th, 2013.
- 2013 (current year) dividend applications that are in eligible status on September 20th, 2013 will be distributed October 3rd, 2013.
Electronic 1099's are available
An electronic version of the 2012 1099-MISC income tax statement is now available for print or storage.
